INGREDIENTS

4 boneless pork chops
1 cup Sweet Home Foods Cowboy Caviar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Season the pork chops on both sides with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.

3. Heat olive oil in a large oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat.

4. Once the oil is hot, add the pork chops to the skillet and sear them for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they develop a golden brown crust.

5. Remove the skillet from the heat and spoon Sweet Home Foods Cowboy Caviar over each pork chop, spreading it evenly.

6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
