Ghost Pickle Sliders
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 slider buns
- 8 slices cheese (cheddar or pepper jack)
- 8 Sweet Home Food Ghost Pickle slices
- Condiments of your choice (ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise)
- Lettuce leaves and tomato slices for topping

Instructions:
1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Divide the ground beef into 8 equal portions and shape them into small patties.
3. Season the patties with salt and pepper.
4. Grill or cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
5. During the last minute of cooking, add a slice of cheese on top of each patty to melt.
6. Toast the slider buns on the grill or skillet for a minute.
7. Assemble the sliders by placing a lettuce leaf and tomato slice on the bottom bun, followed by a cheese-topped patty, a Sweet Home Food Ghost Pickle slice, and condiments of your choice.
8. Top with the other half of the bun and secure with a toothpick if needed.
9. Serve hot and enjoy these deliciously spicy cheeseburger sliders!
