Moonshine Pickle Potato Salad Ingredients: 1. 2 lbs potatoes (such as Yukon Gold or red potatoes), boiled and diced 2. 1/2 cup mayonnaise 3. 1/4 cup sour cream 4. 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard 5. Sweet Home Foods' Moonshine Pickles, diced 6. 2 tablespoons pickle brine 7. 2 green onions, thinly sliced 8. Salt and pepper to taste 9. Paprika for garnish (optional)
Instructions: 1. In a large bowl, combine boiled and diced potatoes with diced Sweet Home Foods' Moonshine Pickles and sliced green onions. 2. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, and pickle brine until well combined. 3. Pour the dressing over the potato mixture and toss until evenly coated. 4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld. 6. Garnish with paprika before serving if desired.
