Mango Habanero Grilled Chicken
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup Sweet Home Mango Habanero Hot Sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- Lime wedges for serving
- Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions:
1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
2. In a bowl, mix together Sweet Home Mango Habanero Hot Sauce, honey, olive oil, and minced garlic.
3. Pour half of the sauce mixture over the chicken breasts, reserving the remaining sauce for later.
4. Marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
5. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
6. Grill the chicken breasts for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until cooked through, basting with the reserved sauce mixture during the last few minutes of grilling.
7. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
8. Serve hot with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the chicken, and garnish with chopped cilantro if desired. Enjoy the sweet and spicy flavors of this glazed grilled chicken!
