Raspberry Pepper Jelly Glazed Meatloaf Muffins
Ingredients:
1. 1 lb ground beef
2. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
3. 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
4. 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper
5. 1 egg
6. 1/4 cup milk
7. Salt and pepper to taste
8. 1/2 cup Sweet Home Food Raspberry Pepper Jelly
9. 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
10. Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, bell pepper, egg, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
3. Divide the mixture evenly among the muffin cups, pressing it down to form mini meatloaves.
